• Approvers of tasks classified as "Simple" will now receive notifications about any changes to the task's description and title after approval, helping to maintain an accurate understanding of the task. • You can now filter notifications on the dashboard and in the notification bell by entities, time, and employees, making it easier to find the information you need. • Users now have the ability to edit and delete labels, as well as replace them with new ones, allowing for more organized and streamlined data management. • If a task was mistakenly marked as approved, it can be returned to active work, preventing accidental task completions.

• Upservice has also improved label management: you can now create labels of various types, such as text, address, number, or date, simplifying data entry and making data management more structured. • If a task is created with the help of Richard, it will automatically be tagged with the unique "AI Created" label, ensuring transparency and easy identification of such tasks. • Another update is that as you scroll through the chat, the number of unread messages will gradually decrease, helping you better track which messages you've read and stay informed.

• Now you can message Assistant Richard directly in the chat by mentioning him: @Richard AI (or @Richard, @Ричард). The virtual assistant will help you create checklists for tasks or orders, provide key points and agreements from colleagues' conversations, so you don't have to go through the content, etc. Use our ready-made queries for quick interaction with the assistant. • We've added the ability to attach files received via email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other channels connected to Upservice, to directory entries and tasks directly from the context menu. You no longer have to open the directory and manually upload files from your device. • Now you can attach multiple files to a message. • Fixed an issue that occurred when entering time estimates of 1 minute. • When switching to another company's account, the settings of the filters you set in the Tasks section were previously saved. This error has now been fixed, and the filters in each account work independently.

• We have added the option to attach files to support messages in Upservice during non-business hours. Now you can attach screenshots or screen recordings if you encounter any issues with the system. • We have also fixed a bug that prevented reminders for scheduled meetings from being sent. • We have refined the notifications: removed some duplicate and outdated ones, and adjusted the navigation so that clicking on a notification takes you to the desired page more quickly.
