Bugs in the app
The app crashes and deletes my cart every time I go to view it I have tried multiple times and have not been able to order via the app yet and always end up calling
Broken
Attempting to view your cart after adding menu items leads to it asking you to pick a delivery time and resetting your cart. If you add more food then view your cart it asks you to pick a time again.
Cannot order food successfully.

Tried resetting password but it still won’t let me login.
Prices on APP are incorrect…
On Sunday’s, You can call in and get happy hour pricing on to-go orders. But if you order on the app, it’s full price??
Too many errors
I had previously ordered from here on DoorDash and had no issue. I saw they had their own app so I tried to order the sushi/sashimi combo. First issue add ons are required and they should be optional (I added avocado so it would let me continue. I got to the end and it required I put in a bunch of extra info like my address (for a pickup order) then when I tried to place my order I got the message “you can not avail order for free, please add more item to place this order” so I gave up and used DoorDash again

Good but needs some features worked on
It would be nice if you could use your points partially instead of having to spend all of your points at once. This can be worked around by placing an order to go over the phone, and applying the points in store but it seems counterintuitive to the whole point of the app, convenience. It would be nice if the points approval was a little more streamlined instead of having to wait for someone to do it at the end of the night. Maybe generate a QR code on each ticket that gets printed (I have no clue if this is feasible, just an idea) that contains the ticket info, and can be scanned through the app. That way it can be auto-approved and people can’t lie about their points.
Just spitballing, but overall it’s a good app and convenient, just lacking some QoL improvements here and there.

Happy hour disappointment
We decided to go to one of our favorite places for happy hour. Unfortunately our last two visits were disappointing. I ordered the Husker roll and my fiancé ordered the cinco de mayo both times as they are our favorites. Both times they tasted old. Very disappointed. May rethink going there again.

This app does not have the happy hour menu. To get the happy hour price for take out, yiu still need to call directly.

App broken?
IHave tried multiple times to order via the app get all the way to placing the order and it just blinks it doesn’t actually place the order. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app no luck
