Useless app with a very small number of models supported
I bought some earphones for my daughter, which are fairly recent however they are not listed as supported by the app. All the major brands support they headphone models on their softwarebbut Philips seems to be “special“. Very disappointing...

Missing features
It works, which is possibly a good thing and allowed an update so the earbuds worked (out of the box they did not well) however one of the advertised features of an adjustable EQ is not present, and the “5+” presets are only four, this is borderline deceptive possibly only saved by their obscure wording. I see no reason why the eq is disabled, was this an oversight during an update?

The headphones show up as separate devices and don’t show up on the app at all. How do I trouble shoot tried the forums
Hardly functional
Quite possibly the worst designed app I’ve ever encountered on the App Store. Crashes, connection issues constantly, and seems to only work when it feels like it. Not sure how this made it through any rounds of production testing.
Setting keep changing automatically
The ANC for my headphones keeps turning on and off in the app, pausing the audio whilst doing so. It has taken away a lot of the enjoyment of using them.
