Pairing problem
I cant pair the two earbuds. Its always left/right that are working. It never syncronize. I just returned it. I cant even update the apps to the new version.
App Does not work
TAA4205 series - the app just hangs on Bluetooth state and can’t move forward. In a loop of annoying hell. I just want the app to work so that I can connect the headphones to my phone via Bluetooth. Rubbish.
Can’t get past the first screen.
My headphones are connected but the app won’t move on from the first step.

Given that the app uses the Bluetooth protocol to talk to the headphones one would assume it should work ( if only in a basic fashion ) with any Philips wireless headphones. Wrong! It starts up and gets to the second page of setup then calls the iOS settings page and locks up. Whatever you do on the settings page has no effect on the app. Presumably it is waiting for a set of compatible headphones and there is NO code to break out of the wait loop and report an error after a certain time. Looks like the development was done to a deadline and error handling code couldn't be written in time!

latest version of APP adds a function that does not support the headphone model to tell consumers through UI window.

Endless cycle of clicking next
Worthless app. Can’t actually get access to the features because when clicking next it just goes back to the bluetooth/settings screen not to the actual next step.

Can’t get past the intro scree, just goes to setting over and over to pair device when it’s already paired?
