Charged before contact was made with restaurant
Generally the app is fine. However you are charged before the restaurant is even contacted so that if your order is not accepted by the restaurant you have to wait 2-3 business days to be refunded for a transaction that never began. You are not even offered in app creditKimdispleased
Poor Delivery Service
Waited an close 2+ hours because the first driver didn’t have a bag. There was no updated until I contacted the assigned driver. Totally unacceptable.theroyaltyclub
My experience
The food was fresh and sanitary but I have a problem with the UI. The address locator was wrong and I couldn’t edit it. Glitches are very common and it takes long to load. Sometimes a notification pops up and you have to press “retry” and you end up in a loop so you have to exit and restart the app.Show lessmaxsmaha

Open restaurants closed on the app??
I usually use foodDROP but decided to try this app as they have a few different restaurants. But the first time I used it the restaurant I wanted to order from, that I KNOW was open, appear to be closed on the app. I called the restaurant and they told me yes they’re open and it had to be an issue with the app. So back to foodDROP for me so I don’t spend more time starving and waiting on an app to work.Show lessTrinJnJ
