  • Beware! I don’t know how it automatically signed me up for a subscription

Now I have to check my subscriptions everyday to make sure they don’t charge me 50 dollars for a app I had for 10 minutes. It doesn’t show that I have any subscriptions at the moment but I’m sure on exactly the 7th day they are going to charge me money. It’s scummy behavior from the developers
  • Didn’t work correctly

It changed the shape of pill. I took several picture images. Did not identify correctly
  • Great app

The photo feature is just way too easy as a way of identifying pills.
  • Thoroughly legitimate and accurate

Photo scans are thoroughly researched and you can see the matches yourself for accuracy.
  • Did not id pill

Medication was not id by app. Even when putting in the identifying information and not just taking a picture. Trying to quickly check that my pharmacy filled the correct prescription. Then lots of ads between trying to go through each of the possible suggestions— not ok when it is a paid app.

    Developer Response

Hello, Your problem needs more detailed examination. Please report it to our technical support team at support@buildloop.com. We are always looking to help our users. Additionally, ads are never displayed to users who have a paid subscription.
  • Glitches

This app seems like a great alternative to Pill Identifier website, way less time consuming. I just hate all the ads
  • enabling anyone knows a pill in an emergency

Great app using this tool in case of emergency, could be very useful
Knowing what has been taken and informing, paramedics and nurses and doctors information that would accelerate
The process to preparedness on the fly
  • Junk

Can’t tell the color of a pill from background gives way too many choices of pills can’t scroll through the choices can only see the first three don’t waste your timePlus $6.99 a week is ridiculous
  • Apparently not “Baby-Boomer” Friendly

I simply don’t understand exactly who/what age group this app caters to, ‘cause it’s certainly NOT for anyone born before 1967. Although I’m no “dummy” and I do know how to follow directions. This app seems to be designed for my grandsons’ era.

Thank you for the opportunity to at least try.
  • Helpful tool

I’m not a tech savvy person. This app looks like it will be easy to use
