Not Easy
Not easy to use. I already have a POBox and I can’t see it on this App. The App keeps asking me to rent a POBox and link it to the App. There is no possible way to link my existing POBox to this App. It’s a real time consuming.
Still unfinished
Able to see my private PO Box, but it does not show any incoming shipments. I know there are parcel waiting for collection and others in the country. It seems the latest release adds more useless features, without fixing the basics first.
Poor app
Such a poor app and website.
I wasted several hours in the last few days trying to renew my P O Box, including speaking to customer services on the phone and emailing screenshots to no avail. They sent me new links which also did not work.
This version of the app downloaded today works to renew P O Box only on using “guest” mode. Note that login/password function does not work at all.

Useless
“Unknown error “ on every click. If the service is bad, why bother make an app and force your costumers to use it.
It doesn’t work
I have done loaded the latest version and when you launch it says there is a newer version. Absolutely pointless
