This app is trash even if u r in the office it’s say not right location .never ever download it

Our company just switched to this it’s absolutely trash. Log on to computer to reset your password. It does not give you a website or a link or anywhere to go to log onto.
Not Worth the Download
I thought it’d be a good idea to get the app being that it was relatively small download. So I did exactly that and wouldn’t you know? The access to my payroll information at my fingertips! No more missed punches as everything is now streamlined on my phone! I couldn’t have been more wrong! All for just one bit of info as well. I couldn’t find the “Customer Alias” and the company website was equally as useless when trying to find this info. It became even more so as I tried to find a way to contact BBSI because I didn’t want to bother my supervisor on his days off for something they (BBSI) should offer support for anyway. So much for streamlining my work related apps in one place.
