Part of the challenge with accomplishing your fitness goals is figuring out what exactly to do, when to do it, how to do it, and what to avoid doing. All this is taken care of in their program: just download the program and follow the prescription. The daily plan, down to the rep and the spoonful, is right in your pocket. You simply just go do it. Brandon and Sheree are living examples that the method works, and I have seen results from it as well.

Great app
No matter if you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, this app will work for you. I love the meal plan. I don’t have the time or expertise to figure out a meal plan so it is great that they do it all for you!!! You never have to wonder if you’re eating the right stuff or eating enough of the right stuff, they figure all of that out for you. The demo’s with each exercise are great too. All together great app.

Loving it!
This app has made me look forward going to the gym! I usually only use the cardio equipment and dumbbells, but the demos have given me confidence to use all of the machines. I love that they mix in stretching, strength, cardio, and HIIT all into one! I’m recommending it to all of my friends and family!

So easy to understand!
I love the videos with each individual exercise! It really is so easy to follow along after seeing them demonstrate. Now I’m confident in using all the different machines at the gym!
