This App is the WORST!!!
It’s awful!! After 30 seconds I knew the app wasn’t for me. It’s too gym focused and doesn’t let you specify specific types of equipment you might have at home, when planning workouts.
But they’d already taken a big chunk of my money. And there’s no in-app Help or Contact info. Online they just point you Facebook or Instagram, neither of which I use, plus those are mostly platforms for them to publish ads and promotions, not to provide customer support.
In terms of customer support, they are cloaked. I have no idea how to contact these people about getting a refund. Maybe I will go onto those platforms after all to complain until something happens.
Zero stars for non-existent customer support. I mean totally non existent. If you trip on a rock while walking down the street, the rock gives better customer support than these guys.
Zero stars for not being configurable for home workouts with different equipment setups, and for failing to make this limitation clear in their on-boarding flow. As soon as I saw that, I knew the app wasn’t for me, but by then it was too late. An expensive 30 seconds, and no way out.
