Description of Flightsheet

Flightsheet is an essential app for professional contract/corporate/charter pilots who are losing time to paperwork. Flightsheet is a pilot-centric application that makes preparing and submitting aircraft tripsheet and expense data fast and easy. Tripsheets can be completed and bound to expense reports with receipts captured by your iPhone/iPad camera, all while in the air. This means that when you step off the plane, the paperwork is complete. You retain your tripsheets and expense reports for as long as you need them. They can be directed to interested parties by text or email in both PDF and spreadsheet forms. Building Tripsheets - The Flightsheet application allows you to store an infinite collection of aircraft, pilot, and passenger data so you can build tripsheets quickly. The application keeps track of ending airframe and engine values so that you have beginning values for the next trip for that aircraft. Capture your squawks and show your completed postflight checks. Capture Trend Monitoring to send to engine manufacturers. Building Expense Reports - Use a pre-populated menu of expenses and payment types for both aircraft and pilot expenses. Capture receipts using your iPhone/iPad camera and they go into your PDF report connected to your tripsheet. Keep the receipts or throw them away - your choice. Keeping Your Data - If an aircraft changes owners or management companies, those values stay with you, the pilot, via Flightsheet. You retain your tripsheets and expense reports for as long as you need them. Value Proposition - When you are off the clock, you don’t get paid. Using Flightsheet, when the engines shut down, your work is done. We are pilots ourselves and we find that based on an average of two trips per week, we are each saving more than five hours per month. The more you use it, the faster it gets. Equally as important, we are out of the paper business.

  • Need to support IPad

Hey guys most pilots use the iPad….We need this app to work on the iPad as well. Thanks
  • Almost Perfect!

I am eagerly awaiting for this app to support landscape mode, on my iPad.

The menus are clean, easy to read at night, and very intuitive. The large input fields are also nice, especially when flying through bumps. 5 stars, once landscape mode is added.
