My thanks to Alonzo for getting me over to Customs so promptly and waiting for me to process Customs forms. That helped immensely in getting my flight ready to go on time. And my special thanks to the outstanding front desk team of Cris, Leah and Elizabeth. I had several aircraft swaps which necessitated much additional -and very important - paperwork such as flight releases and outbound customs documents.
