My special thanks for the outstanding team at El Paso, Texas. Every single person at the front desk and on the line were not just responsive and efficient, they anticipated my needs for fuel and catering through several aircraft swaps. My thanks to Alonzo for getting me over to Customs so promptly and waiting for me to process Customs forms. That helped immensely in getting my flight ready to go on time. And my special thanks to the outstanding front desk team of Cris, Leah and Elizabeth. I had several aircraft swaps which necessitated much additional -and very important - paperwork such as flight releases and outbound customs documents. Chris, Leah and Elizabeth did everything I requested promptly and with a smile.

Underwhelming
The app is no different than going to Atlantic Aviation’s website. An app should preclude the need to ever go to the site. Where’s the Touch ID? There should be a quick button to manage my awards. A quick button to send a message to an FBO. If it’s just a portal to the site then I’ll save the storage on my phone for something else and just use a web browser like I’ve been doing.Show lessBeechJet driver
Award Points
App needs to allow entry of Atlantic Points. They are a pane to enter to begin with. It would be nice to enter them off line then push them through when you are conectedMiniSteam
Pilot
Very handy app. I especially link the links to google maps. Makes it easy to find your way back the the FBO when you are own the ground. Nice to be able to call the FBO directly from the appDelaware Flier
Update information
This is a great app! But just glancing around on it I noticed that LAS says the conceirge is Brenda Maux. Last time I checked they no longer had a concierge. You might want to make sure all of the information is up to date for better service!vbboymike

Myself and many other aviators are not very happy with Atlantics 2009 awards program.
Atlantic doubled the amount of funds needed to activate the AmEx card as compared to 2008. Most of us barely made it to that point in December! Ofcourse Atlantic can say that we need to fuel up more often ans get the points faster. Sorry, not in this economy. I dont know of any flight departments that arnt looking for the least expensive fuel prices on the road. Some departments disallow any perks to be given to the pilots in exchange for less discounted fuel or they are reprimanded.
Other than that gripe enjoy the freebie app. Atleast you can look up airinc freqs if your dispatcher did not include it in your paperwork-instead of fumbling through the miniphone book-ac-u-kwik.Show lessCasimer1969
