Very good, but it could improve
Great app, I just wish I could see better how to do the exercises. The video is a bit too small, I cannot move the video so see from different angles, and it’s also too small to understand which muscles are involved in the exercises.

This app is not perfect, but it was extremely effective for me. 4 months later I am still regularly heading to the gym, something that was a huge struggle in the past. The ability to plan workouts, record info seamlessly, and switch out exercises takes out unpleasant cognitive work out of something that can already be difficult.
The AI chatbot actually usually has useful advice on exercises most of the time.
Overall I’m seeing the differences in how I move and how I look in the mirror. Very greatful and enthusiastic enough to actually leave a reviewShow lessCyner123

The App seems decent enough if you always have access to a goon network connection. However my gym is in the basement if my apartment building where I barely get any signal and no WiFi is available. So every time I wake up my phone to complete a rep, the App looses connection to its online servers and boots out to the loafing screen to “contact server”. It did this almost every time I tried to use it down there and if I turn on Airplane mode it simply doesn’t work at all. Useless for this reason…Show lessJcatt1902

I tried to give it a go and installed it on my phone. I started by going through the questionnaire but I got stuck where it asks you what gym you’re going to. It can’t find the gym I’m going to and when I tried to add it (request to add) the app crushes.ScrapyCoco81

I downloaded the app and was getting started on it. It asked for my birthday which I had typed in however whenever it got to adding the birth year it would say check birth date and wouldn’t let me continue. I deleted the app and redownloaded to see if it was just my phone but it still did it. Would love to try this app but it will not let me.Show lessYourgurlsavvy

I’ve used several apps and this one is the best. You can customize your workouts to fit your level of fitness. There are countless workouts. They do need to add workout samples to some of the workouts mentioned but for the most part all the ones I use have a sample. They also provide instructions on how to perform the workout. You also have to option to select target workouts. Definitely recommend this app and it’s not expensive like all the other apps.Show lessDo Not Play 2014

I've been looking for a free workout app of quality, and this one is the best ever created. It has a lot of features I just love. For example, The possibility of selecting your gym so that the app can create a workout plan for you based on your gym’s equipment (yes, you don't have to manually select which machines they do and do not have). Also, I love how it adapts to your desired workout frequency and expertise level, and how personalizable it is. The fact that you can also switch between gym and home workouts, and select the equipment you have at home for more personalized guidance is amazing. The workouts the app has recommended to me so far have been wonderful. I end each workout more than satisfied.
Also, if you want a more personalized experience, you can get premium which offers a bunch more features to play with and track your progress.

Love the app, love the AI, love that it helps keep everything smooth and simple. The issue is that they have just updated and now you can’t change the muscle groups you work out on each day. Change it back please, let me change the groups I work outMon…2019
