Shame I Can’t Score a Minus Star

Absolute rubbish. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the App never connects to the box. I keep getting the same error message “Your box must be switched on and connected to the same network as your mobile device”. I am sitting opposite my Aura box using the same WiFi. Contacted Humax only to be told to uninstall and reinstall App. Never replied when I told them I had already done that. They don’t care if the App works or not! Don’t waste your time installing this!
