  • Best Dividend Tracker Hands Down

Folks, I will save you a lot of time. I have spent hours testing every dividend app available. This one is the best one by far. It’s not even close. It was the only one that tracks all the tickers I needed, including ETFs. And it functions correctly. I found that many of the others don’t even calculate the estimated dividends correctly. If you try this app and agree, I also suggest that you subscribe to the “pro” level and support the devs. It is not expensive to send them a couple dollars per month, as they support the app well and have always replied to any questions/reports I have.

  • Issues with connecting to portfolio’s.

I found this app to be great until it stop connecting to M1 Finance. I have reached out to M1 and DivTracker and I am told it’s because of Plaid. Super frustrating when you pay for the full subscription and you can not utilize it. It works with RobinHood and Sofi. I’ve been waiting months for this to reconnect and all I get is an error. I have most of my money in M1 and I can’t even monitor the dividends. I might try another app. It’s a shame because no one can give me a clear answer of why and when if ever this will be fixed. It use to work in the beginning. So just be aware if you use M1 I wouldn’t use this app.

Hello, we're really sorry you haven't been able to connect all your M1 accounts but as we discussed the issue is not with us but with our data provider. We've contacted them multiple times and have been promised they'd resolve the issue. Thank you.
  • Great customer Service

I recently bought the upgraded version of DivTracker which I wanted so all updates, including DRIPs would be automatically recorded. Although there were a few initial bumps with downloading the information from my brokerage accounts with Plaid, their customer service ( John) was top notch and extremely responsive to assist me with quick answers and resolutions.

The program itself is much better than another Dividend tracking I used to use with far better reporting capabilities, projections, calendar tracking, etc . Although I am a new user of this app I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who owns a dividend portfolio of stocks.

  • DivTracker keeps getting better and better

If you are a dividend investor, you owe it to yourself to get this app. Here’s why: You get a dividend calendar to let you know when the dividends are rolling in. Plus you’ll see the amount coming for each holding. If you have more than one portfolio or account, you can see them in a combined view. That’s my favorite feature. There is no need to link your app to your brokerage but the feature is available. I use parallel entry between my accounts and DivTracker. The app also shows you which holdings have increased or decreased their dividend amount recently. This is far better than the spreadsheet I used to use. Plus, it costs less than $2.00 per month for their Premium package. All my stocks are entered and I can get an overview of my portfolio value, total dividends and overall dividend percentage by just opening the app.

  • The app for stocks and dividends

I’ve been using this app for more than 2 years but last few updates have brought major changes and it’s worth every penny. I’ve switched to the ultimate plan which syncs your trades and everything automatically so all I have to do is open and look at how my dividends are changing and the overall portfolio performance. I had to reach out for help and the response was very quick and resolved my concern the same day. Love this app.

  • Just started using

Would love this app to have what I need. It has what I was looking for, it tracks my dividend paying stocks and I like the layout for my holdings and it worked quickly once I connected Schwab. But I was hoping I could find upcoming dividend paying stocks, a little easier, you have to click on a day to find what stocks have ex dates on those days. The layout just isn’t ideal for finding upcoming stocks I might want, but currently don’t know about. I enjoy the calendar for current holdings, maybe something like this for upcoming ex dates, or create a search engine for stocks. The fact that you can’t search for a stock and see anything about that stock really makes me continue searching for a better place to find my dividend paying stock information. I’ll check back in a month or two. Thank you and happy new year!

Hello, thanks the for the review. I'm glad you found it easy to set up the app. As for the calendar, unfortunately there is not much space to fit in everything. Did you see that there is a list view version of the calendar (Calendar tab -> button in the top right)? We'd appreciate if you'd contact us support@divtracker.app as we're dedicated to finding a solution to the missing features and would love to hear your exact use cases. Thank you, DivTracker App's Team
  • Great app

Between us, my wife and I have multiple income-producing retirement accounts. This app makes it extraordinarily easy to track and plan for dividend income.

The calendar view is great for seeing upcoming payment dates and ex-div dates and shows the anticipated payment amounts by month and by day.

The app links to our shared google calendar, which we also use to keep track of upcoming bills and major expenses.

A new feature syncs with our brokerage accounts so we no longer have to manually enter updated position information.

It also shows accurate dividend amounts - including both regular and special dividends - something that neither our brokerage accounts nor our other portfolio tracking apps do.

It also updates position changes when your brokerage account is set up for dividend reinvestment programs. And for taxable accounts, you can specify an anticipated tax rate.

It’s provides great, accurate information for a very reasonable charge.

    Five stars, highly recommended

  • Great support

I had been looking for an app to track multiple portfolios and I could not find one that met my needs. This app not only tracks multiple portfolios but it offers much more information than any other app I came across. The ability to track stock dividends and review projections is amazing. When I loaded my stock funds there were several that were not being tracked by the app. On several days I reached out to have specific funds added to the roster. Each time I received a quick response and the funds were added to the list. Great app and terrific response from. The developer. Bravo.

  • Good but missing a feature

I like the information provided, and it is very understandable. I would like to see one feature added, and that is reoccurring buying. I reinvest a certain amount into my stock portfolio weekly. Perhaps I just didn’t see it, but having to update a stock every week is a little burdensome. As a popular trading strategy I would think the app could see a positive impact from this addition. Still good app either way, but that would be nice to see.

  • Two quick items to keep in mind

Overall, the app consolidates information that helps you manage and plan your finances, especially across portfolios and brokers.

Two issues I’ve encountered on my second day of using the pro version.

    1) The app does not include all mutual funds. For example, it did include most of my Vanguard mutual funds, but not all of them (e.g., Admiral Shares). Vanguard is one of the largest fund companies, and I would expect the app to offer 100% coverage for portfolio inclusion.

    2) The app does not synch across my iPhone and iPad. I initially set everything up on my phone. Later, I downloaded the app to my iPad and was able to “Restore purchase” to use the pro version. However, the information does not synch across the two devices. No one would ever enter the same information twice, making the second device download entirely useless.

I wrote to customer support via email about both issues, and am pending a response. Thanks!
