More variety in maps

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed playing Game of Life 2! The updated gameplay and colorful graphics make it a delightful modern twist on the classic board game. It’s easy to pick up, and I love how it offers a fun mix of strategy and chance. It’s great for both solo play and sharing laughs with friends. I even went all in and purchased all the worlds, expecting them to bring new maps and unique gameplay twists. While the aesthetic variety is beautiful and adds flair, I was a bit disappointed to realise the changes were purely visual, with no alterations to the core map layout or game mechanics. A bit more variety in map design, paths, or objectives between worlds would make the experience even more engaging. Overall, it’s a fun and charming game that keeps me coming back, but I’d love to see more dynamic map changes to make each world feel truly unique. If that happens, I’d be playing it nonstop!

Good but don’t bother with in app purchases

I enjoyed the game and having extra bits to unlock as you play. I would advise not to do the in app purchases for maps, as they’re underdeveloped; the actions cards are the same in each one, and you still get married and have kids and buy property, it’s just the graphics that change so they don’t add anything new to the game. If the action cards were unique to the worlds, it would make it a worthwhile purchase, but as they do nothing different than the normal versions, you may as well save the money and stick to the normal version as it’s just the same

The game is good except after buying the under sea bundle it just kicks me out of the game can’t play anymore very unhappy about that.

Stuck as “Player”

Used to be able to change your name now it’s always stuck as player and you can’t even change it anymore. I don’t know why the downgrade it used to be 5 stars now 0 because you can’t change name now

Game is horrible and one of the saddest performing games

Game includes absolutely no skill whatsoever, therefore if you like having biased gameplay because of luck, this is the game for you

Lacking, needs to be flushed out

The game was nice, but as a one player, it’s annoying you HAVE to have 4 players. I would have preferred just one so I don’t have to fast forward through all the players moves and enjoy the game more. I would also like the character outfits to be more typical. Most are like children’s costumes with a bunny, lobster, lobster, frog, parrot (it’s pretty ridiculous to have these on the base game). The normal clothes clash with the skin colors and are majorly wanting. I also dislike the character skin tones being limited and only in one shade of pink, blue, purple. As a girl, I love blue, but the blue they have is very masculine, and cannot be lightened to a baby blue. The wedding was confusing, we both me and the hubby wearing a tux… I’m not gay, I love a beautiful wedding dress (and not my hubby in one!). Anyway, the base price was decent, but they nickel and dime you for extra worlds, clothes (they purposely made them awful), and more. Feel a bit cheated.

Dont’ buy!

I am really dissapointed you can’t even unlock different map if you dont pay with real money i thought i could play and unlock some of them but i got some skin after that i finished all of the missions , you pay 6,99 for a game that is always repetitve because you can’t access new map if dont want to spend another 7.99 $

Hi and thank you for your review. We offer cosmetic in-app purchases in The Game of Life 2 to give players the opportunity to change up the look of the board. Similar to how you can purchase the classic, tabletop Game of Life board game or the Game of Life - Simpsons Edition. This is completely optional and does not affect the gameplay.

Good but weird

This is a great game honestly! But… it’s a bit weird. You can be a purple character…I think I know what that means but just it’s weird please get rid of it it would make this game more kid friendly. Another think you need to get rid of to make this game kid friendly. I guess you can marry any gender you want…weird totally uh weird! I don’t feel that comfortable on this game with that concept. One more thing. You can put your boy character in girl clothes and you can put in boy clothes… I think after you select the gender of your character there is a number of clothes for each gender. Like if you pick a girl and go to the clothes there is only girl clothes. Oh and I can’t change my name it’s stuck to player. Please make changes to this game and take my suggestions I would feel way more comfortable! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
