Poor Usability
One example, I needed to find out which terminal to go to at the Manila airport, and I had to click through half a dozen menus to eventually find it. Very frustrating.TomW2015A

We do apologize for the inconvenience. If your SKYPASS number is entered in your reservation, you can check the departure and destination terminal information for each itinerary in the [ My > Reservation > Trip Guide ] menu. We will try our best to serve you better next time.Great usability
I’m a frequent flier on KAL and I use this app for everything from purchasing the ticket to selecting seats to ordering special meals and even changing ticket dates.
I find it informative and user-friendly. All my information is saved making it easy to book and check in for my flights.
I did not feel this way when the app first launched, but over the years there have been many improvements and now I find it very convenient and helpful to use.Show lessNoonche

If there’s a choice, I always prefer Korean Air.
