Booked tickets for my family to Jeju and Busan

Good! Only im not sure, wants to write a name as a passport but my first name is too long, and have a space, so when i wrote it down it showing withoutspace, but iam believed i filled it right with the space

Thank you for reaching out to us. When booking a flight, you can enter a name of up to 50 characters, but please note that our system does not allow spaces. Unlike your passport name, the absence of spaces in your ticket name will not prevent you from boarding, so please keep this in mind. Have a nice flight! Thank you.

Poor Usability

One example, I needed to find out which terminal to go to at the Manila airport, and I had to click through half a dozen menus to eventually find it. Very frustrating.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. If your SKYPASS number is entered in your reservation, you can check the departure and destination terminal information for each itinerary in the [ My > Reservation > Trip Guide ] menu. We will try our best to serve you better next time.

Great usability

I’m a frequent flier on KAL and I use this app for everything from purchasing the ticket to selecting seats to ordering special meals and even changing ticket dates.
I find it informative and user-friendly. All my information is saved making it easy to book and check in for my flights.
I did not feel this way when the app first launched, but over the years there have been many improvements and now I find it very convenient and helpful to use.

Great App; Great Airline

If there’s a choice, I always prefer Korean Air.

This app is one of the better airline apps. It’s not perfect, but way better than most and serves its purpose.

App has bugs

Doesnt render pages on iPhone SE (3rd gen) to enable check in. Cant agree to hazmat page. Also cant put boarding pass in wallet routinely on this model or iPhone 13. Very frustrating when on the road trying to check in. Also if you booked through Delta you get notified to check in but delta kicks you over to KAL, cant check in with delta app. Tedious pass through with no added value.

The WORST app on this planet

No functions work in this app. It isn’t even able to pull up my flight information. This is ridiculous to a point that it’s almost like a joke. Plus it will never give you the chance to live chat with an agent because “all agents are busy”. I don’t even know if there is any way I can check in online. This whole app is probably developed by a bunch of idiots.

Not great

You can be logged in under your skypass number and it still doesn’t know your flights, they have to be added manually. Once you add your flight it vaguely shows the details, but you have to have an electronic boarding pass issued to see boarding times and gate. It doesn’t show the gate until about an hour before take off. If no electronic boarding pass was issued at checkin theres no way to get it to make one. If you go to flight status it doesn’t automatically bring up your flight, so you look for it and then the only info is that it hasn’t departed, its basically useless.
No notifications about time to check in or gate assignments or boarding times…
They need to check out the Air France app, its not perfect either but its way better than this one.

Notifications on gate number or departure time is made only when there are changes. Passport scanner

Passport scanner is very hard to use and not functioning.

Not working since it has been updated

I can open the app but I cannot book since after inputting all info, it does not load anything at all. It has been going on for more than a week now

Can’t even check into flight

I keep tapping confirm, it’ll load for a couple of seconds, and nothing happens. I end up in the same place. Totally useless
