App is poor and painful to try and pay with
The manual process means if you need to flick to your bank app to find card details, when you go back to app it starts the payment process again.
Finally managed to get all details in and try to pay with a “chase” bank card, to find it instructed me to go to my bank app and approve transaction. Fine with this but once I had done this and gone back to this app it had lost payment details and no order was placed.
Too painful in the end so drove to store as only 0.5 mile away. Shop must lose loads of business due to poor app.
Also note if you want delivery the price of food is hiked up quite substantially plus they want a delivery fee on top. (Eg £1.90 extra for each piece of fish and £2.50 delivery fee).
Great food though. Just don’t use the app
