Very fun, but could be more inclusive.
First I want to start this review with saying that this game is very fun, the outfits and character designs are beautiful, and the stories do a great job at getting you invested in what’s going on - I’ve definitely spent hours playing this game without realizing it. It’s also pretty easy to get coins and gems without pulling out the wallet, which is something other games struggle with.
However, there is one glaring issue that I’m sure others may have noticed. This game is very . . . White. There are little to no POC characters, and even the ones that are supposed to be poc still appear predominantly white with fair skin instead of darker tones. It’s nice that they allow for our own characters to have various skin tones to represent us, the player, better - but it sort of defeats the purpose of having that as an option when the drawn images you receive in stories still shows our character as a white woman even if we aren’t. Now I know these images were most likely pre-drawn, but it wouldn’t be that hard to have alternates with different skin colors to better represent the player (I’ve seen it done in other games). This is really the only reason I’ve given it 4 starts instead of 5.

It’s a good game, but…
I love the game It’s so good and addicting, but. Why is everything so expensive?? Please lower your prices with things, you make this game hard to play without iTunes. another thing is Lucky Jerry. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get something new. I got the book House of Horrors, and I have had it since it came out, and I always do the balloons on that book, but I have only got 4 things from it and I have like hundred duplicates. Please make it a thing that you get NO duplicates it’s so annoying. Because you can’t do anything with the duplicates.!!! Please look into this. I am not the only one who hates the duplicate thing. Don’t take this as hate, it’s just a suggestion! I love the game a lot anyway :3 💖🌺

OKAY let me just start by saying this is an amazing game! Amazing details, books or stories 🌸 and the clothes are heavenly 🥹😩
But I have a problem… it’s a racial problem lol. There’s almost about 50 companions in this game for the stories, heck ALL OF EM are white like ain’t no blacks at all. And they have over 20 books, tbh a family member of mine got mad when I told them the characters in the Cleopatra book were WHItE 😗 and ummmm that ain’t right. Jesus they barley had a tan going on. In ancient times Egyptians skin was NOT that color 👁👄👁 this game ONLY has about three very lightish tanned characters and one Indian ….. needless to say I’m not pleased 😂😅 and this tells you about them. BUTTTT beautiful clothing, graphics, hair and nails. And I’m not trying to attack IGG but y’all be putting so much HISTORICAL detail and all that stuff in the story you don’t get the characters right 💀for example… the magic lamp { it’s a book in this game } UM.. no body in that area is that light I’m just sayin 🥲 any let’s move on from dat 🫥

~My Review~
I must say that I have been starting to continue playing this game since it has been awhile since I’ve played this game. I was very intrigued with one of the stories called House of horrors and when I read the whole story I was not disappointed it was a real roller coaster for me tbh and I enjoyed it too! Also if anyone finds this game I highly recommend playing it if you enjoy reading different types of stories and dressing up btw! <3

Best game ever
This game is fabulous! It’s so good and once you play it once you just can’t stop. Whenever I get home I’m like ok time to play time princess because I can’t wait to see where the story will go. I strongly recommend this game because it’s good for anyone and not going to lie this game is just so good I can’t explain. Unfortunately since this game has a lot of stories that are for older kids and they have warning signs on them it makes lots of people not want to play this game, I suggested it to my freind and she downloaded it but she said “ there are so many amazing looking stories but they have warning signs and im worried something I dont like will happen” so I think maby makw some more stories that are kid freindly. So mpre people can pkay the game! If im honest those people are really missing out because this game is so great. So I hundred percent recomened it but some people still wpnt play due to this issue bit if not amazing game ylu should definetly try 👍🏻

Would b e really fun if they focused on quality for players
I used to love this game, but then I realised how they basically trick their users into spending ridiculous amounts of real money for various things in the game, none of which ARE real. Obviously there are people who make this game who deserve to be paid for their work and contribute to this game, but I doubt they are seeing much if the $80 it encourages it’s trying to get me to spend.
I don’t mind spending money on quality apps but this one feels like extortion. Currently I either have to pay real money or wait a few hours to play more. This is a joke. For real games, you pay to buy them and it’s yours to play for as much as you want. Avoid this one. There are plenty of better games/ mobile games sadly this one doesn’t care about quality

Becoming too “elites high spenders only”
I’ve been playing for a year and a half and although I still like the general idea of it I feel it is becoming more and more spend to win. For example they haven’t had a new outfit for months that hasn’t been paid to get. The only free outfits are repeated outfits and pay diamonds events. I have a high VIP so I’m not against supporting the game and I have spent a lot on it but every update gives things that are impossible to get even if you spend money. It’s getting to the point that even though I like the game play and you don’t need the outfits to play stages to get perfect and get blueprints need for more stages you do need a good high level tagged items. This is starting to become impossible without some serious cash. I’ve given two stars coz the stories are interesting and a year in I can do stages (I do worry how a new starter would fair now as it was already hard in the beginning for me). I do think they need more value for money if they need more of it.. not just drop an good outfit then make it impossible to get bar those who pay hundreds and dropping events that no free to pay player can complete or get a single thing from. In short I like this game but I used to love it and I wonder how long I’ll keep playing if it continues this way.

I wrote a review about the ads a while back, but I wanted to delete it and talk about how much I love this game.
I have been playing this game for a year and a half. It has always had great clothes and stories, but within the last 6 months, they have improved the detail of the clothing by leaps and bounds, the stories are *amazing* now, and honestly, I used to spend about 20-50 dollars a week on the game and now it is so much more evenly balanced that I only spend when I really need to, which is not that often.
I run a society that is full of great people and we have lots of fun on the discord I created for it. The game has a lot of free outfits and blueprints for clothing to create for F2P players (though sometimes the farming for mats can be a slog) and some nice stuff for paying players. They recently added back, bracelet and ankle items, and it looks like soon they will have other fun stuff.
The clothes are decadent and detailed, there are great poses and selfies, and again, the stories are excellent.
Another thing I like that is different than a game like say Shining Nikki (which I also love, just man it’s expensive), you can customize the face to your liking and the skin tones are very natural and varied. They improved the makeup to look good on most if not all skin tones a while back, and I feel like the devs really listen to the players in that respect.

Good but expensive to make the most of.
I’ve been playing for about 6 months, everyday, and I love the game! It’s fun, fleshed out and has some amazing outfits and mini games!
However, over the last couple of months, I’ve noticed a big increase in paid items. A lot of good stuff is hidden behind payments and it’s disappointing. At first, I felt like the developers actually listened to players as well as made the game very accessible, but now it just seems like they want to make more money :/
I understand having some paid features, of course, but there has been a significant increase recently and it’s disappointing as an avid fan who can’t afford most of the available offers anymore because there’s so many of them.

Very Greedy
I had took a year break and came back within the last 2 months. They would give you an week long event that allows you to get some items for free and others you had to spend money for, when I first started playing it was at most 10 dollars for new outfit for that event, now it’s 10 dollars a long for the dress. The newest event is a random box you have to click on and in hopes you might get a piece for that new outfit, other players have done the math and say that just to get the last item to complete that outfit it’s nearly 200 dollars in real cash. For those players who do not wish to spend money they had little events here and there to help them out, but what was always known to be a free event you just had to do simple task to get the rewards is now making it required to spend real money to complete the task and get all the rewards. I’m not sure if they’re not able to pay their bills anymore and are hoping we will, but 200 for a the newest outfit and taking a free to play event forcing members to spend real money just to complete is absolutely ridiculous.
