Had an account in 2020, things were great, highest yield Savings Rate-offered 3% back then. Loved it, until I didn’t. Things changed in 2021 when they forced me into getting their Credit card and making purchases each month in order to keep the high yield savings rate. Oh but you have to wait until they offer you the Credit Card, can’t just apply for it. Oh but you had to have a certain amount direct deposited-which was my whole paycheck basically. They aren’t in the Zelle network so why would I make this my primary bank? I also didn’t like the fact that you only have a Checking account, no savings account. I want to save money in a savings account, I don’t want my spending money in the same account as my savings—what’s the point of a high yield rate-I’m supposed to be saving right?? I left them took my money to Sofi and haven’t looked back.
