Sketchy
Buggy and super sketchy app. Service broken into two overpriced fees. Go get a camera from a name brand from a reputable reseller. Move on.
Nope
In order to use the camera that you have purchased you MUST give access to your PHONE’S camera and location. I’m sure your photos as well, but I didn’t make it that far. The only reason they would need that is for data tracking. Some of you may be ok with that but I’m not. even to contact customer service in the app you must give access to your phones camera. there should be no reason you couldn’t manually enter the cameras information. The app says that the creator doesn’t track your data, but someone is otherwise they would be no reason to require access to every bit of your phone.

Works great so far
It doesn’t crash and does all it’s supposed to do. Maybe others have biases against Chinese products who have written reviews on this , I don’t . It works great so far. But wanted to make this review asap because I
can’t stand unwarranted bashing of a product

Return the camera avoid the headache (would give 0 stars)
If you purchased a camera from a website like CamPark.net and are prompted to download this app, go ahead and return the camera and purchase one from a legitimate company. This app is horribly engineered, crashes constantly, and is sketchy (Chinese pop ups and constantly requesting access to more of your camera roll).
In addition to all those issues, I’ve needed to reset the camera in person once a month which is a major pain for a trail cam hours away.
There was recently an update with “fix the problem” as the description. This update changed nothing.
Do yourself a favor. Avoid this app and any company selling cameras that use it.
