The app looks like it’s in beta version, the only option to contact Peach for issues is through an email, which is frustrating and they respond slowly. The app constantly glitches and in order to switch between menus on each day of the week I have to force quit the app and reopen it. If I don’t force quit the app the photos for the food doesn’t change, or the menu doesn’t update for the new day selected. As for the delivery service Peach provides, food often arrives late and/or cold, and peach does not offer any sort of coupon or discount for it’s failure to deliver on time. Often items are forgotten, and you never receive your food for that day. It’s a hassle to try and get a refund when food isn’t delivered, which is ridiculous.
