Lunch has become much worse with Relish
Update: the customer team replied and blamed our plan administrator. Of course they are right in a sense, but the plan administrator says that Relish’s sales reps recommended the levels of subsidy that were set so ultimately Relish’s recommendation is what led to the poor decision. 1 star
I work at a company that used to bring in large amounts of catering platters once a week until a Relish Vendor reached out. They sold our company on the idea of Relish and also made the recommendation to cap Lunch at $17 per person. In the city like San Francisco this means almost everything on most menus is no longer provided free lunch has now become subsidized lunch. The company save some money,Relish earned a bunch, and we just have worse lunches. Big thanks to the relish rep who made this possible.🙄Show lessDeveloper Response
Hi Tony, Thank you for taking time to share feedback with us about your experience while using our Relish program within ezCater. I want to make sure that your concern is addressed properly. Employers determine their own subsidies if they decide to provide them when using the Relish program and you should contact the Relish administrator at your company to express any concerns that you have about making changes to what is in place. ~Voice of the Customer TeamLunch has become much worse with Relish

My company pays $8 per Relish order as cafeteria is under construction. I mostly pay $6 to $10 to cover the remaining. The main complaint I have is the same order I make through Relish is with much smaller portion and lower quality compared to the same order at the same restaurant. Some of orders look like made in the previous day. Relish does not look like they even care about the reviews. When I ordered from one of the listed restaurants , the portion was 1/3 of the same food as I get from exactly the same restaurant. Refund requests takes days or ignored.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hello, Thank you for sharing your review, and I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been experiencing with Relish. It’s important to us that you receive the same quality and portion sizes as you would if you were ordering directly from the restaurant. I understand your frustration with the discrepancies in portion sizes and quality, as well as the delays in refund requests. This isn’t the experience we aim to provide. We’re always actively working with our partners to ensure that every order meets our standards, and your feedback will help us address these concerns. Could you please provide us with more details about the specific orders and restaurant in question? This will help us investigate further and take appropriate action. Additionally, I’d like to make sure your refund request is handled promptly—please contact our support team directly at 1-800-488-1803, and we’ll prioritize resolving this for you. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. Fiona Voice of Customer Team
