One of the most frustrating services
Downloaded the app and was excited to try out delivery but there’s no way to disable the daily stream of emails! Notification preferences in the app do not save, and reset to ‘Subscribed to All’ when re-opened. There is also no way to change notification preferences from the browser page either. The folks at Foodsby are responsive and ensure any issues are promptly addressed. There are a plethora of options which change daily and the process is seamless 9 times out of 10. When vendors aren’t accurate or timely, Foodsby addresses that so the customer experience is not impacted longer term. All in all I give it a 2 thumbs up.Show lessMisleading restaurant options
While the app itself is a decent option when I'm in the office, it's extremely misleading as to the number of restaurants actually on offer any given day. What looks like four to five options will in fact be one or two restaurants.
A single restaurant will list three or four times on the same day with the same menu items, some at different prices. One location close to my building has at least four to five "names" with three price points for items. I never intentionally order from this restaurant, but I can't keep up with the near constant name changes.
I contacted the app and they said restaurants can have multiple concepts and there is no problem with one restaurant being on the app four times on a single day.Show less
