Not better than the food trucks
I placed my order on line and was told that I could pick it up at 12:15. When I got there i saw that they weren’t even making the pre orders until you showed to pick it up. I thought the idea was that it would be ready at the specified time. Then even though the food was kept in a warmer it was just room temperature. And the price wasn’t better than the food trucks. $17 for a brisket sandwich that was short on the brisket and an order of Mac n cheese.Show lessAlmost there
App is stable and easy to use. My only gripe is the way it only gives you one chance to give feedback (can’t access later if you opened it to pay and others are waiting behind you). And it is silly how it makes you rate every single item, one time it asked me to rate each topping individually.Order history shows faulty information.
The user interface for the app is very poorly designed:
I work in two offices - sometimes in NYC, sometimes in SF.
I made a mistake and ordered two lunches for the same day for each location. I needed only one lunch in SF, not in NYC, for each day this week.
I wasn’t able to cancel my orders for NYC. When I contacted customer service they cancelled all my orders for all locations even though I sent them specific orders that had to be cancelled.
I still see my order history showing inaccurate information in the iPhone app.
It is wasteful. It is not responsible. Do not make it hard for people to know which location they chose.
Make it easy for people what to cancel.
Make it easy for people to see what orders are actually made. Don’t lie to users in order history.Show less
