Data protection?

Absolutely disgusted you have to put your name on the ticket now, buy from the machine just remember to stamp your ticket. You have just made this app ridiculous. The app is on my phone so surely this ticket is stored in the app? I for sure won’t be purchasing through here again.

Hello, if you switch to English or another language exept german in your phone settings, the app is also automatically in English. Alternatively, you can change the language in the app under "Settings". LeipzigMOVE sees itself as a multimodal transport app in which users can plan their routes by selecting different means of transport. In addition to public transport offers, there is also the option of reaching the destination by using sharing offers (bike, car) or taxi. Best regards, Lisa.

Gute App aber keine vollen Sterne weil kein Apple Pay

Ich finde die App super aber ich finde es echt traurig das in der heutigen Zeit und bei einer neuen App nicht gleich Apple Pay mit eingeführt ist alle anderen Verkehrsbetriebe in Berlin oder München haben sowas schon in ihren Apps integriert zum Ticket kaufen. Sowas muss die LVB echt noch integrieren.

Ticket purchase not working

UPDATE
The developer says I need to send an email to
LVB: I did this weeks ago and never had a reply. I've also filled out the contact form and made several phone calls. None of which has helped.

The in-app ticket purchase option for my Abo-Flex account stopped working about six weeks ago. Endless calls to LVB customer services have elicited zero explanation or reconciliation. The only thing I have been told is that they're having problems with the app.

Please add your customer contract number (you can find it in your app profile) to ensure that we can assign you the right contract. Your LVB.

Great multimodal app

This is a great new app for an already well run transit system. The app is user friendly, and well designed. I especially like the multimodal feature. The english version translations are great too, especially for visitors looking to explore the city.
