Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry for any frustrations our app caused. The error message you received is most likely due to an expired session, from closing the app within the editor. Regarding downgrading your subscription, this must be done through Apple by going to your phone's settings (see here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039).

We really appreciate your feedback! Regarding templates, we're working on an update that will include the ability to use templates within the app, allowing sign requests to be sent with only a few taps.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. The issue you described often happens if you select "Sign out of all" within our web app, and then attempt to sign a document within the iOS app without logging back in. To resolve this issue, you would need to log back in on the iOS app.
