Going in circles
After downloading the app, I first completed my profile information and for security purposes did not want to save my credit card information but to ensure that payment process, the app/company charged $1 on my card. I proceeded to schedule an online appointment and was instructed to “complete/update my profile” again but once I clicked to update profile, the app informs me that my profile is up to date. After doing this several times, I contacted the company via email with captured screenshots of the problem and was informed that I needed to tick and save my credit card information. As advised, I went back into my profile and tried to save my credit card information, but “ticking” the save credit card information was not an option, and again the company charged my credit card. Again, I screen captured my experience and emailed them 2 week ago as of today and have not heard back from anyone.
Here’s what I suggest: If the app requires anyone who signs up to save their credit card information in order for the app to work, you should have that written so that app users do not untick any boxes after entering credit card information.
I am most disappointed with the company’s lack of customer service - my email has not been replied. In addition to that, I have no idea whether my credit card charges have been refunded.Show lessDeveloper Response

App lets you make an appointment, but you can’t cancel it. Cancellation needs to be done via email. And oh, the email address listed in the app isn’t even clickable.
Overall, a horrendously poor example of app design. You’re far better off finding an alternative provider - this one doesn’t work.Developer Response
