The user experience is messy on mobile nor is it consistent with desktop. It’s a pain to schedule an appointment. Happy to be hired to fix that.
App Doesn’t Work Properly
I cancelled an appointment and it wasn’t showing on the app. Then today they charged me for no show when the appointment was cancelled to begin with. AND reschedule my appointment without my consent. Not a fan of the glitches on the app and not a fan of their customer service practices.
