Recommended:
• Use your location or past reservations to suggest stores when you’re booking an appointment. I always have to scroll through several states’ worth of locations to find mine.
• Store your “Past Reservations” history or provide some other way of managing your membership. Especially since unused services roll over, it would be helpful to see how many you have available and when those available services expire.
