False advertising on trial period - do not use this app

Bibino charged me for the full subscription before the free trial period was over and refused to refund me when I reported it to them. They only give you two days free trial - not three - before charging you. False advertising and blatant rip off. App also does not work - constantly cuts out and completely useless without the subscription. Do not use this app!

Fantastic customer service

I had some payment issues and the Bibino team reached out to me and went out of their way to solve the issue! & the app is great for vacation if you don’t have a baby monitor!

Great app

Monitoring works great very efficient and precise. Only tried it short range so far around the house . Very useful .

Excellent

Excellent even without the premium. I just use the audio ( don’t really need the video) and it works really well. Even when I’m not on the app it will send me notifications and I can still hear if my baby cries ( even while listening to something else. And especially love that it works with both google play store and apple iOS- Love it :)

Was good at first but is now dangerous

This app just keeps disconnecting all the time so you can’t ever feel secure about monitoring your baby or elderly parent. It was brilliant for a couple of months but has just got worse and worse with each update. Would not recommend.

Couldn’t do without it

We use it so much - at home, while travelling … you can regulate the noise sensitivity, and the camera adjusts really well in the dark. It drains the battery a lot so I recommend putting your phone on charge as you use it. Amazing app otherwise
