Bluetooth
Awful bluetooth connection, on my phone it shows the watch is connected but when I try to change the time or any other settings it says connect your watch to Bluetooth, waste of time very poor connection highly not recommended any device requires connection to this app..!!!!Munir Hashemi
A lot of issues
It seems that in many cases when I want to change watch faces, I keep receiving a message that the watch synchronization fails. I have my watch right next to the app. I keep hoping that any updates would fix the problem but as of now, to no avail. So much so, I can no longer wear the watch which is very nice looking but I cannot trust the app. I would be more than happy to give an update of my review if this problem is fixed.Show lessSFSF2626
Bluetooth is a Problem
The app is great. But it has a couple problems. When I try get the watch t connect to the Bluetooth, it says there are 2 S08K’s and you have to connect to both to get it to work. But then it stops working after some time because you really can’t connect with 2 devices for some time. So I don’t get notifications, weather info and calls. So the watch is basically useless at that point and you can only use for calculation, games,sports,etc. Please read this you can get a heads up about the Bluetooth.

Unable to get notifications!!!
I've tried every way possible to connect my watch with the app in order to get messages on my watch. I'm at a loss on what to do next. It's a shame as everything else works fine and happy with the quality (for what I paid) but the notification section is garbage!!!😡skotchiee

Needs Firmware update!
Started out working good. IOS updated and now the app won't talk to the watch. Also need to update faces for it. Had a nice deep green Rolex looking one but it vanished upon reboot.Jimmy Pic

Got this watch as a starter watch for my son. It will not let me make an account for him. I was able to pair watch to phone. But the app on the phone I can’t even open or access because it keeps giving me error codes. So frustrating.Frustrated mom 08
“Sport” Tab Distance
The “Sport” tab displays some insanely high distance travelled. Last night, I travelled 28 miles in my sleep. The step count is pretty close to accurate, but that distance in the Sport tab seems purely random.mark___s
Watch failure after first firmware update
Watch was nice for 2 weeks then a firmware update destroys it. Displays and theme are gone. No support 2 months now. Takes you to lily liu in shenzhen and everybody there getting no help. Not cool.Hate it intrusive to privacy
iOS or app ??
The app worked perfectly but since my phone updated to iOS 17.1.2 it no longer works it just stops and you have to wait a few seconds for it to work again it's like it's slowOmi sainde
