Just got watch today …app is DOWN
Just got the watch today. Went to register it app is down. Tried to contact the company with absolutely no luck ..not a good start.

Easily Fixable Issues
First, the watch that this app pairs with, the AW12 is fantastic, and I recommend it. The lack of proper use of the English language really makes this app awful. I’d actually like to send screenshots with spelling and grammar corrections for both the app, and the instructions. The instructions that come with this app are horrendous. Quite literally the worst instructions of any kind I have ever seen.
It’s 2023, but there is no GPS functionality. It would be great to have use of Waze or Google Maps.
I believe there is a place in the market for this app… but it won’t be found until they address their audience with proper grammar, spelling, and legible instructions. If anyone from the developer is reading this, I’d be happy to provide you with UI/UX guidance, as well as corrected English that will make this worth using. (Of course, there will be a few extra watches you’ll need to provide in exchange for my service).Show lessJJW101
No way to register a new account.
I’m running an iPhone 12 Pro Max with latest iOS and there’s no way in the app to create a new account so the watch I’m trying to use is worthless.BEBaker

The watch looks nice. But….the app is very focused on fitness and not working with other ructions such as messages, email and calendar notifications. The only customer support is Facebook and WhatsApp which they do not seem to respond too. Would be nice if they had an email or toll free number to help with questions. The stress function
The stress fiction does not work on this device and you can only up load one custom face at one time. It had no instructions in the watch I bought. But got to say it is a nice looking watch just some things aren’t working and there is no way to remove things from the watch I am a male and am in no need of a period tracker but can’t take the function off the watch. Like some parts very disappointed with some parts. 50/50Show less88geordie

Hello, the pressure of the watch will be automatically detected, and it needs to be worn continuously for more than 10 minutes. The watch only supports one custom dial, and the local dial does not support modification. It can be closed by connecting to the APP during the menstrual period. Whoever work on this, has no 2 cents of UX experience, there is no way to register a new account, i saw the response from the developer, which sound like there is a workaround for the problem, but i dont know and i dont care, why there is no simple way to register a new accountLeenluvsu

Hello, you can log out of the current account in the settings and then re-register and log in, or log out and use any method to re-register and log in.Cannot create account
