Not bad but not great

I’ve loved this app, the design, the picks, everything, but I get banned every time, they want losers, and when you start winning, they ban you and send you en email explaining they don’t want you business. I’ve made 400$ in a week betting on WNBA and they banned me for no reason and when I asked why they just told me that I knew why. So good app but if you want to make money go to prize picks.

I haven’t tried to withdraw yet so can’t mention that aspect yet. But as a Canadian you’ll need PayPal, without that not overly great at all. But once you get that it seems to work smooth. Not to bad 7/10 could use bigger fonts while tracking ur picks on parlays. Just hope if I get a big win I can withdraw it.

I know I’m not the only person that’s been frauded by underdog!!!

This app was ok until I had to go through what I know I’m not the only one who has experienced this cause underdog has locked me out my account saying it ain’t I sent a pic of me holding my id and a pic of me and my id in front of me but they still say it’s not my account and I sent statements showing money leaving my account to them on many accounts and I got pay out statements and all and they still say it ain’t me so when I make another account that they let me make and add money to it’s cool when I was losing but as soon as I win two hundred and something dollars and I tried to cash out but now it’s saying I can’t contact support! I have more than one account only cause they saying it’s not me , but I sent the underdog team this: This has to be fraud cause y’all have blocked me out of a account saying it wasn’t me and I couldn’t use that account no more as yall say it’s not me so I made another account that yall let me put money on and get my winnings and then block me out of that account and that’s fraud that yall do that ! Then say it’s against terms and policies when I still wanna play and make another account this company is fraud and need to be exposed to all that is going through this! If you contact the owner the person you will get is me I promise you that and I want an apology from yall when you find out !

Well designed app

This is a well designed, easy to use app. I had some issues at the start with withdrawing my money, since I’m from Canada, but figured out that the best way to withdraw is via PayPal, which is almost instant for me (try to connect your bank account to PayPal with your bank transit + account number). Another thing was that support was also very helpful!

Won’t pay Canadians

They say Canadians are eligible to bet and have no issues taking your money but when you actually win they don’t have ability to pay you because we don’t have access to PayPal.com. Then when you try to get help they don’t respond promptly. My husband has been waiting 2 weeks to try and get his pay out and no closer to a resolution

Deception

Look people, I’m all about gambling! The wife can’t stop me from betting on games at the sports desk at casinos every week. But this style they have on underdog? Your soooo much more likely to lose your money then at a BJ or Roulette table. Here, you are forced to pick at least 2 players per bet, and not just 1 player as a straight bet! 1 player is a 50/50 shot right? But the odds of you picking correctly on 2 players is 25%. 3 players 12.5% and so on. They are cheating us with their style of gambling ONLY parlays, also ONLY being able to pick player props and NOT the actual game/team itself. Because that’d be more fun. With all this said, it is fun to put $10 on a 20/1 shot and see if I get super lucky. But that’s why their business is Booming!! Underdog needs to let us bet straight bets! And bet on games themselves!! Covering spreads and over/unders….

Canada Withdraw Extremely Difficult

Seems to be getting worse

I used to rank Underdog as #1 in the prop betting apps but the past 6 months things seem to be going downhill. It can take quite a while for some lines to be settled(30 min-12+ hours) it was explained that they “manually” grade some lines but I’ve never had to wait on a loss to turn red. Also, support seems to be programmed to drive customers toward automated answers instead of an actual human. If ur in a champions state, that sucks…champions state run like a large “group” contest. iE: if u have a chance you 5 pick and you get em all right, you might not get paid for that entry until days later. It depends on which lines other bettors in the “group” have chose. So if your entry is Monday night Football and someone has a line that’s not until Sunday, you won’t get paid until the Sunday line is settled. Also UD has removed several lines from various sports such as DBL fault lines in tennis and Turnovers in NBA.
