I checked this out on the same mobile device I was using to see how well the app work and how accurate it was. Location was very accurate and almost instantly showing my location and also pointed out I had the device on me. When I tried to make it play a sound, I never heard a thing ..I think contacted Support, and reset my settings to default settings. Then I checked the app out again also made sure my notification button was on on the side. My volume was up and notifications were turned on for the app and i also made sure notifications were turned on an app ..I Never heard a sound ..standard iPhone 14 brand new. Other than that the app was very accurate. I’ve used this app before many times due to me loosing my earbuds and other devices on a weekly basis. But every time I’ve used it, the location that it shows is inaccurate every single time.
