Never Again!!!!!
I left Verizon about a year or so ago. Oh these deals these others throw at you sometimes are to good to pass up at the time. So I fell for one of these deals. Very soon did I realize this salesman straight up lied to me about almost everything he promised. I called for about 2 months trying to get someone to make this right but no one listened, I instantly regretted leaving Verizon, but I was stuck in a contract even though they say contracts aren't a thing anymore, well thats a lie too. Any-hoo finally I was fed up with losing service in places that are important like work or inside a store, I have literally had to walk out of a grocery store to get into there store site to activate coupons and stuff and where I should have excellent service. So I said that’s it I’m done its time to go back to Verizon, yes they might be more expensive then others but you know sometimes that doesn't matter, when you have an emergency and you need to get through to someone,, at least I know they got me covered. I’m so glad to be back and NEVER AGAIN will I leave
