Worst service
Have had some trouble with this service. There’s little information about how or what to do. USER UNFRIENDLY. Asked for help on their admin email with no response. Tried to cancel and can’t. Getting charged for nothing but rubbish. Even more annoying, there is no option for -0 stars.

Where do I get in touch with the people form customer service?? I purchased almost all the features and I don’t see any of them working. Instead of saving me tienes it has given me more hours to fix all the misspelled words and absolutely can’t even translate more than 20 seconds cause it would jumó until the end of the speech. I need someone to take over my case immediately!!!

App crashes on playback. Text converter stops too soon
I paid for Pro. I play back one of the recordings, then pause, then hit play again, and it crashes every time. I was really hoping the text converter would transcribe the entire recording but it seems to stop after a couple of paragraphs. So both of the features that drew me to the app are falling short.
