    I’m suddenly unable to use Zelle. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve called the bank and attempts to resolve the problem didn’t work. I recently got a new phone and it still won’t work. The message says, we are currently unable to process your request. Please help me resolve this problem with Zelle.

  • Interfacing with PayPal

    Always having issues downloading bank with PayPal app. Will not load banking information. States try again every time.
    Cash card works half the time. So virtually PayPal is almost useless.

    Every single time is says it can’t verify credentials using Face ID and has to send me a code.

    When the Face ID breaks after 2 weeks and I’ve forgotten the password and have to make a brand new one it’s terrible. I’m honestly thinking of leaving this bank because of this inconvenience and going to a different bank with a better application.

    App is always “unavailable” even at exact same time I can log in on a website.

  • Unable to log into account

    Continues to tell me credentials are not correct. Already has blocked me from logging into my account and almost my husbands. I had to call because it said too many attempts to log in with incorrect credentials but I did use correct ones.
    Was working then stopped.

  • Authentication required

    It’s so annoying to have the apps Face ID break on a weekly basis, same with the auto populate password. If it’s incapable of keeping the authentication method, just remove it.

  • Please don’t automatically populate payment dates that are holidays.

    It’s frustrating that the app auto populates a date for payment that isn’t valid because it’s a holiday. if you know it’s invalid don’t auto populate.
