NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is the worst bank I ever had. When my debit card was going to expire, I sent them a message reminding them I would be needing a new card. They replied I would get a new one 2 weeks before the current one expired. That never happened. I wrote again & told them I needed a new card, & their response was to come in & get one. If I had access to a car, I would’ve done so. It’s obvious they DO NOT CARE about their customers. I’m moving all the money from this bank to a bank that values customers & cares about customer service.Show lesslc012477
Instant Transaction Updates + minor issue
Thanks for making your app automatically register and update transactions. Meaning, if I go to the store and buy $25 worth of items, it automatically updates on my app (or at least, does within like thirty minutes. I’ve never actually timed it or anything but it’s—at the very least—very fast at updating). This is opposed to Arvest, which my girlfriend uses, that takes days to update sometimes, and they even have significantly more money so I don’t know why theirs doesn’t update quickly enough but it’s VERY annoying when we need to know what’s on her card for balancing and paying bills between our checking accounts. So, I really appreciate it. OZK is a “small” bank from what I assume because when I try to link it (for instance, in a budget app), it’s not even recognized so I have to manually input my credentials. Good job $5 billion net worth bank for putting in effort than a $26 billion net worth bank.
My only annoyance with this app is when I register facelock, it’ll work for a couple days than just randomly stop and I have to re-login and grant permission for it again in my settings. This has happened quite a bit, and I have given up with even trying to use it. Also, my Zelle is not working. It just says I have no eligible accounts for sending money. Not sure if this is an app thing or something on my end.

WORST BANK EVER
I didn’t think a bank could be worse than B of A or Wells Fargo but low and behold OZK takes the cake in worst bank. Every employee I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with has either been incompetent or inefficient or both. They lied when i opened my account and than when I proved they lied they refused to acknowledge their error. Took me forever to fix the screw up. The customer service is laughable. You can’t even do simple things like change your address online, you have to call and spend an hour just updating your address. Every other bank lets you do it online. Their “greater awaits” tag line is a joke. They claim to want to provide service above and beyond but they can’t do anything right. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.
