This update includes routine bug fixes for a better, more enjoyable user experience. We never stop improving Arvest Go!
It does the basic functions as it should. Anything other than that, is not impressive to say the least. Sad thing is 4 to 5 years ago. People are complaining about the same thing. I am about to make a complaint on. Updating transactions and balances Is not very a strongpoint for Arvest it seems. It’s incredibly frustrating to no end that balances and transactions take forever to update. On top of that I continuously have multiple transactions of the same kind, type, merchant etc. when only have swiped my card for the transaction once. It took a couple days for the system to figure it all out but eventually gave me my money back after slowly processing the errors in the system. I would give 5 stars but not updating balances and transactions in a timely manner is not okay. I use other banking apps that updated almost instantaneously. This app is just not it in 2024
