How can this be considered a watch finalist for the app of the year
There is a confusing array of choices and sync does not work between my phone and watch. The app has a section the “Write a 5 Star review” I am glad I did not buy the lifetime plan and only subscribed for 1 year!

Maybe because everything works fine in general? There’s no other way to reach an average 4,5 rating in all countries around the world with nearly a million downloads. I‘m sorry that it didn‘t work for you when trying first. Sync works if everything is set up correctly. Maybe some other bug prevented this from happening. Feel free to contact the support so you can continue to use the app :)

Not a reliable app Most other apps are much better
I tried to send feedback through the app and it gave me an error
Love the app. My only issue is that there’s a ghost task that I am reminded at least once a day to complete even though when I search it in the app, I can’t find it. When I click on the notification, the app simply opens without showing the task. I really don’t want to delete all of my iCloud data to clear this issue. This happens on all of my devices, even the ones that have the app recently installed so I don’t think the usual uninstall to reinstall trick will work.

Recurring Tasks
Hi there, I love your app, I want o purchase the premium version but I wasn’t able to find a way to set a recurring task …. For example, I want to set a task on the first of December of every year going forward. Is that possible?

This is the app I have been looking for my whole life. I lead a very busy life as a freelancer for many companies. I have to be in many places in one day and this app has given me a way to make sure I am on top of my workload as well as appearing extremley efficient and organised. I can't tell you how much I love this app - if I could design an app - it would be this!!!!!! There are a couple of user friendly tweaks I would like to see but apart from that it is AMAZE ING!!

So close, but needs one more thing…
I love how simple it is. So many productivity apps turn into their own endless project. This app is so sleek and useful, but never overwhelming. So good for my ADHD brain. The ONE THING I want is to be able to schedule and set a timer on sub-tasks. And for sub-tasks to have the simple “checklist” sub-tasks that main tasks have now. So, two things. Kevin, thank you for an awesome app. I have all the faith it will just keep getting better.

Solid Ideas but buggy interface
On a 2019 Intel Macbook Pro, this app has numerous issues. Aside from lag, and performance issues when opening and closing lists, calendar, and other UI items, icons will completely dissappear from the interface rendering it useless. I had to restart the app twice to get the icons in the upper right corner to appear and can validate that they will vanish again if you attempt to click the right sidebar icon. Of course, one of those icons appears to be the only way you can actually add tasks to the interface, so the whole experience is dissappointing and not remotely inticing for a purchase.

Pretty, but glitchy
takes a lot of clicks just to add something to my to do list. I wanted this app to be my solution - I paid for premium and used it for over a month. The time tracking is a nice feature, except you can never go back and look at time tracked or what you spent time on - its just a timer. I'm not sure what that would be used for. the ios and mac version are slowly and glitchy. Clicking the date in the week calendar never seemed to work on a mac. I tried really hard to get this to work for me but it was taking up too much of my time and I realized its more of a burden than a solution.

Took away my Lifetime with the Update
I had Planny Lifetime Premium and with the new update, it’s gone and cannot be restored. I’m not paying for monthly/annual or lifetime again. This is a money grab. Beware.

An update can't remove your subscription or premium purchase. You can easily restore it in the app.
