Cams are great under low service and cold weather but App could use auto id bucks ect .

There’s a few things that I don’t like about this app. The first being that I am constantly disconnected from my account and it’s nearly impossible to be given the opportunity to log back in. I’m using an updated iPhone and there seems to be a conflict. I’m notified that there are several photos waiting to be viewed, but I don’t have access to the photos and cannot log into my account.
The second issue I have is the delay between making changes to my cameras settings and then being activated. Sometimes it takes some tuning to prevent excessive photos on bright windy days at different locations. an opportunity to shut that down within a shorter period of time would be a big plus.
Also, It would be great if you could set some parameters that would delay the time between exposures under certain conditions. What I mean is, if at 5 o’clock in the afternoon, you’re taking several pictures of nothing but the sunshine on a metal feeder because of the light reflection then, if you could increase the time between exposures during that time and at six or 7 o’clock, it returned to the normal settings. This would be a huge benefit.
All in all it does the job, but it forces you and spend $ more every month than necessary.

Hoped it performed as advertised
I bought this unit just over a year ago. Have struggled with it from the get go. 1. It would take a pic every 30 seconds even when nothing was in front of the camera. Was not to impressed with the pic quality. Solution was to dive into the app settings & get familiar with all of the functions. Lithium battery pack die so had to buy & charge another pack drive 6 hours to change battery pack. While out there I brushed hogged everything to the ground. Started gettin pictures of critters but it was infrequent & still getting pics of nothing in front of the camera. But come this hunting season seen deer but did not get pictures, raccoons in front of the camera over 15 minutes & not a picture. It has not sent or taken a pic in over 24 hours. Has become unreliable & have ordered another manufacturers product (wildgame innovations) had better more reliable trail cameras from them & much better pic quality.

Best Cell Cam EVER!!!
This camera is the TOP of the line when it comes to hunting/trail cameras. I purchased a Reveal Pro 3.0 after having bad experiences with other brands and needless to say, I am VERY pleased.
The setup with this camera was so easy, the only way it could be difficult or malfunction is if YOU have done something wrong. It took me somewhere between 5-10 minutes because I had to create an account and tweak the settings how I wanted them.
In addition to the seamless user friendly platform, this camera had no problem searching for a cell carrier and the transmission of photos have been instantaneous!
Lastly, I haven’t had to call customer service for anything so far, but I don’t fear that. I don’t anticipate a problem from this camera unless it literally just gets too old or something destroys it. Even so, I have heard nothing but good things about this company and their customer service. They listen to feedback and apply that to their products—it really shows.
Tactacam, please keep that up!!! You guys are doing the right thing…I felt comfortable paying the price point, especially considering what I got when I cheap’d out. Thank you!

Best trail cell cam ever!!!
Had a SPYPOINT and was very disappointed because couldn’t find cell signal to send photos
Bought the Tactacam Reveal X-Pro. Big difference. Good cell signal…no booster needed. Great cell trail cam.

I have used numerous different types of cameras for all kinds of purposes. I have finally found one that literally fits all of my needs perfectly. I have used them for pre season and during season scouting purposes. I have also started using them for personal security purposes around my home and business. They are very easy to conceal due to the range of capabilities that they provide. Another great feature is that even if they are stolen I can see where they go. Even if they are turned off and then later turned back on it will show me a detailed picture of where they are located. I will always continue to use the reveal brand and cannot wait to see what they come up with in the future.

Needs better ringer.
Good but needs a customizable notification sound. Has the quietest little jingle which doesn’t help when I have a fox at my coop in the middle of the night.

Really happy with this product. Get what you pay for . I run tactacam 2xpros . Annual subscription plus on demand $9/month. Love it and do tons of hd and video on demand. Be sure to save to your phone what you want because eventually that SD card gets full and deletes old stuff.
Wish there was an answer to that for the new search field by date. Of course I want to see what was there last year and for me there are no pics past 4-6 months. Seems like an incentive to shut down cameras when not hunting season which the company should not want. They should want me with a full subscription and addicted every month of year.
I use them for security too and they are great since now can have individual camera alerts
