App keeps crashing
Camera worked at first but after charging the camera and trying to use it for just the 3rd time, any time the camera is turned on, the app crashes. Unable to use it and “support” does not get back to you. Waste of money.Starlagtrd
Convenient
App need work load times are too long to load recorded video and app times out to connect to camera. Needs update and the software to appdookieleeboy
Stole my money
Ordered the cloud storage and it went through on my phone but not on the app. So I got charged and can’t use the cloud storage.Omega mm
Audio and Video
On the recorded video the Audio is out of sync with the video by a lot. Also the video still is moving in fast forward after downloading. I don’t think the last update worked.Jay34578

Cameras are good, support is amazing, and the app is perfectly functional if not fancy. The only feature I wish it had was the ability to queue multiple clips for download.KrummyAmI
iOS problems
I had been in touch with the people at WIWA and had told them about the app crashing. They said they new and had another update ready to roll out. Here I am months later with the same issues. I can’t even use the 3 cameras I got from them. Absolute garbage and customer service just makes empty promises in order to sell more cameras that you can’t even use. Needs another update
The app needs another update. Video are being downloaded as if they are in fast-forward and in the app the recording are not having audioandre20022
Apps works fine.
The app works fine for me. A few features missing like ability to remove old or renamed cameras. Does take a bit to show cameras as connected, but not a huge deal. Would like to see something regarding privacy of video feed, storage, etc.leedogg77
