I had trouble accessing the information logged on the app for the nursery my children attend due to a technical issue.
I contacted the support team, and they responded quickly. They didn't give up until they resolved the issue, even contacting me by phone to investigate.
Their service made me happy because now I can see all my children's activities at the nursery and follow up at home.

Love it
This app is perfect for the anxious parent dropping there baby off to nursery. The updates are perfect, from photos of my little one, to how he’s slept, eaten & nappy changes. The instant messaging service is a highlight for me as I am notified of any messages, as well as I can message the team anything of importance. Love it!

Communication with our nursery is a lot better
Our child’s nursery started using nursery story and I’m so happy they have. Beforehand we didn’t get any meaningful updates at the end of the day but now we get instant pictures and nursery updates. Great app

This app has been such a great comfort to me! As a single mum with my first child going to nursery I have struggled with the worry that they are happy and doing okay at nursery. This app has given me the insight into their day that I really needed to allow me to relax and know that my child is safe and happy. Really grateful that the nursery has thought of using this easy to use app and would highly recommended other nursery’s to use it too.

Amazing app
Our nursery has just started using Nursery Story. It’s a breath of fresh air keeping up to date with all my child’s activities throughout the day, and the one-to-one communication with the teachers has been invaluable!
The daily report summary is misleading
The daily report in some cases says my baby ate a lot of food but when you see the actual portion indicator (pie next to food) it would say quarter portion. I’m not sure how a quarter portion is ‘a lot’. Also I’ve heard complaints from the nursery that sleep logging is causing issues so I’m having to check the manual logs to see how much my baby slept. Creates a bit of panic for the parents tbh.

No notifications
App is very simple, nice to use but not happy with no notifications received when nursery sends an update. Basically we have to login every hour to check for updates.
It’s a shame. Could you please add that functionally?? It would certainly help reassure all the parents!

app is fine but lacking notifications
The app is ok but I find it should give us notifications when there's something new on the feed, such as photos, meals, etc..
I have notifications activated but they seem to never appear.
