Bought my Bushnell launch Pro 2 years ago, went to go use my SIM today they no longer honored my silver subscription and expect me to pay $500 a year to be able to use bare minimum functionality. with the purchase of this launch monitor, there isn’t even a way to have a simple driving range without paying their extortion fee. Besides that the app itself is awful. Drains battery at an unbelievable rate, is it is not user-friendly, it’s far behind compared to other simulator apps. FSX Pro is a horrid horrid app.
The FSX pro app is clunky to use, unreliable in data collection, and its report function does not work to display data THEN TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS , and their go to solution is to delete the app then reinstall it. WHICH DID NOT FIX ANYTHING . When used alone the monitor does NOT STORE ANY DATA SO ALL YOUR ON COURSE WORK IS LOST. I AM RETURNING THE MONITOR DUE TO POOR FUNCTIONALITY AND TERRIBLE SUPPORT . Menus not accessible on iphone

AOL dialup was quicker than this app. Torches your battery, lags consistently. Disconnects from Launch Pro every session. But why develop an app when they want you to spend more money on upgrades?Sissy 7
Pay lots get crashes
The app is dreadfully. Constantly crashes and freezes. Uacceptable given the cost of these devices._Hhk001
Improvements Needed
Using on iPhone 15 Pro. Extremely difficult to see any text, even with reader glasses. Cannot zoom/magnify screen. I’d like to see tiles only for data not shown on the GC3 display while at the range (e.g. distance offline).

Works most of the time
Most of the time I don’t have an issue with this app. It picks up 99% of shots. Unfortunately, it crashes randomly, usually 1-3 times a session on my iPad (hooked up to charger, so not battery issue). I don’t save my sessions, so it’s more an inconvenience for me. But others may be very annoyedElmer Fudd and bugs

Worked at home but not at indoor hitting facility
I was able to connect to my BLP at home, but I tried for over an hour at the indoor hitting facility with no luck. It would detect the device and say it connected, but it would never continue to the main screen. It would just say disconnected when I tried to continue. I finally gave up. I just used the raw numbers but it would’ve been nice to see ball flight since I was hitting into a net.Show lessDave T 98
