laggy. slow. spams hundreds of notifications for open shifts. clocks me out randomly. changes my schedule randomly by an hour. it’s the worst.clminc123

Doesn’t show when you clocked in
No running tally of hours worked for the week to see how close you might be for OT. The only way to see is if management goes through and approves your timesheets daily.
No way to see what other employees might be working unless you’re a manager (this is problematic if you’re something like order fulfillment and you need to talk to a salesperson about the order but can’t see if they are here)
In 20 years of using different time management software, this one is the worst. It has a few features we were sold on (such as direct integration with Netsuite) and we ended up not asking if it has Basic Functionality like who’s here, when did they get here, and how many hours they worked without intensive timesheet management on the back end.
When asked about when we might see the basic timesheet functionality we were told “maybe 6 months, but I wouldn’t take it to the bank”
No web based ability to login. Only iOS or android apps. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for something elsejules788
