Great Companion App
The Tailwind watch app works well so far. We haven’t had any connectivity issues. We even find it more convenient to use than Shortcuts. I just wish Apple would let us put the app on the watch face complication or the dev would add the watch complication to this watch app. That would be even more awesome!

Sync issues
Logging in on the watch app was not a problem but I was only able to open my door once. The status of the door was open on the watch app while closed on the phone app.
After using the watch app it seemed like the phone would have trouble seeing the garage door. It kept saying it was offline even though the unit had a green light. Killing the watch app and phone app seemed to return it back to normal.
