  • Might be good for a small shop with a couple techs at best.

    Coming from a dealer and government environmental the programs available and used are far superior to this. The most pressing issue is that invoices, pricing and quantity can be changed at anytime including after the invoice is created which could easily lead to sticky fingers in a cash drawer. Additionally, there is absolutely no way to bill labor or parts internally for warranty or comeback repairs. Stay away from this software!

  • Would it be possible?

    Would it be possible to add a time punch, phone widget? The convenience would definitely set my review to 5 stars, easily. Great app though! 👍
  • Easy and efficient!

    I have tried several platforms to manage our shop and honestly, I am most pleased with Shopmonkey. It gives me everything I need. It is easy to navigate, and there are even still some features that are still available that I will sue you in addition to what I already have. Overall, I am greatly satisfied.

  • What’s the point?

    just use the web browser on your phone. This app is good only for scanning vin or license plate info. Everything else runs poorly. You cannot see procedures or write estimates on the app, organization of the features it does have is poor, it doesn’t show what a client owes after a job is completed, and I’m sure I’ll find many more issues as I continue to use the app. For a service that costs $500/month, you’d think they’d have the budget to make an app that actually makes things easier.

  • Great software terrible app

    I’ll start of by saying the software is amazing, clean, organized, easy to use. However the app is terrible, more than half the time when my techs try to upload pictures and notes in the internal notes section it shows on their end that it uploaded but then when they close the app it deletes or never uploads in the first place for that I have to rate one star

  • To much fluff

    As a seasoned technician who has used a few different types of garage software I can say this is probably the worst. I can’t see what I finished , what I’m getting paid per line , my productivity. I can’t tell which jobs are finished and which jobs are approved or declined a small barley readable “decline and a tiny check box . The story goes after the customer concern and where is the safety check. I think it’s a whole lot of nothing. I don’t need ten what’s of listening the work I need the info clearly presented

  • Not great..

    My company switched from Quickbooks Workforce after seeing this at SEMA. Not impressed. Sure would be nice to be able to see my time card and edit or request and edit to the time card for when the app isn’t working or when I don’t have internet to clock in. Dumb.
  • Seamless to work with

    This system is light years ahead of other programs I have used. Everything is so seamless and simple to use.
  • They’re the worst!

    The idea of the software is good! But they don’t have a customer service line so no support is provided. As a business you can’t wait until someone returns your call to help with something.
    Software like them can me helpful but at the same time it came make you loose a lot of money if they simply stopped working.
